In brief
Evercard is an online platform that centralizes and simplifies the sending of electronic greeting cards and corporate messages.
Each employee sends greetings to their own contacts independently, in line with the company's brand guidelines and from a company email address, and tracks their sends: delivered, opened, clicked.
They also share their greetings on social networks, LinkedIn, Facebook, X or WhatsApp, and in their email signature.
For the company, whose administrators prepare the cards, monitor the sends and keep control of the data, it means a consistent image across thousands of greetings sent in its name, an ongoing relationship with its clients and partners, no printing or postage, and an overview of the whole season.
How does it work?

One-click sign-in
The employee enters the company platform with a magic link, a Google account or the corporate directory. They pick their entity, their card and the language of their greetings.

Personalisation
They adapt the subject and the message, with each recipient's first and last name. They paste their addresses, import a file or pick from their Google or Microsoft 365 contacts, never stored by Evercard, and see the card exactly as it will arrive. They send right away or on the date of their choice. They also share their greetings page on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, WhatsApp or in their email signature.

Tracking and replies
They track their sends: delivered, opened, clicked. They also track the views of their greetings page, network by network. Replies from their recipients reach them by email.

Dedicated platform

Nine languages
Interface in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian. Each card carries its subject, message and visuals in every language.
Image and video cards
Start from our templates and adapt them to your colours, or request a custom card right from the platform.
Unlimited entities
Subsidiaries, departments, branches: each has its cards, its sender and its administrators. Reserve an entity for a few people, the board for instance.
Personalisation
Subject and message adapted by each employee, with the recipient's first and last name and the name of your company or entity, replaced at sending.
Recipient import
Copy and paste, CSV file, Google or Microsoft 365 contacts. Address books are read at import time, never stored.
Scheduling
Prepare your cards ahead, send them on the day and time of your choice, and cancel a scheduled sending as long as it has not left.
Real-time tracking
Delivered, opened, clicked, replies, shares: each employee follows their sendings, the administrator sees the whole picture.
Greeting pages
Each employee publishes a greeting page to share on LinkedIn, Facebook, X or WhatsApp, with its image and preview ready for every network.
Online replies
The recipient replies from the received card or the greeting page, without an account. The reply reaches the employee by email.
Simple, controlled access
Magic link, Google account or corporate directory. Season access code, allowed domains, email invitations: you decide who gets in.
Dashboard
Quota usage, sendings per entity and per day, active employees, open and reply rates: the season on one screen.
Deliverability
Cards leave in your company's name, from a verified domain, on an IP address reserved for Evercard customers.
GDPR by design
Data hosted in France. Personal data is purged at the end of the season, and a person can be removed on request.
SSO sign-in
On request: employee sign-in through the corporate directory (OIDC, SAML), with the account created at first sign-in.
White label
On request: no mention of Evercard at all, platform, sending email and greeting pages on your own domains.

Each company has its own platform in its own colours, on its evercard.digital subdomain or, as an option, on its own domain. Employees sign in without a password: a link sent to their work email address, their Google account, or the company's SSO if available.
