Evercard is an online platform that centralizes and simplifies the sending of electronic greeting cards and corporate messages.
Every employee sends greetings to their contacts on their own, within the company's brand guidelines and from a company address, with the guarantee that the emails arrive. Administrators prepare the cards, follow the sendings and stay in control of the data.
How does it work?
3 steps and you're done!
One-click sign-in
The employee enters the company platform with a magic link, a Google account or the corporate directory. They pick their entity, their card and the language of their greetings.
Personalisation
They adapt the subject and the message, with each recipient's first and last name. They paste their addresses, import a file or pick from their Google or Microsoft 365 contacts, never stored by Evercard, and see the card exactly as it will arrive. They send right away or on the date of their choice.
Tracking and replies
They follow their sendings: delivered, opened, clicked. Replies from recipients reach them by email. And they share their greeting page on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, WhatsApp and other networks, or in their email signature.

Copy and paste, CSV file, Google or Microsoft 365 contacts. Address books are read at import time, never stored.
Scheduling
Prepare your cards ahead, send them on the day and time of your choice, and cancel a scheduled sending as long as it has not left.
Real-time tracking
Delivered, opened, clicked, replies, shares: each employee follows their sendings, the administrator sees the whole picture.
Greeting pages
Each employee publishes a greeting page to share on LinkedIn, Facebook, X or WhatsApp, with its image and preview ready for every network.
Online replies
The recipient replies from the received card or the greeting page, without an account. The reply reaches the employee by email.
Simple, controlled access

What we get asked most
How long is the platform accessible?
A season covers one year's greetings: the platform opens in the autumn and stays accessible until the end of March. The exact dates are set with you.
Who creates the employees' accounts?
Nobody. Each employee signs in with their work address, by magic link, Google account or corporate directory. An access code is asked at first sign-in. You can also invite them by email.
Do our employees need to install anything?
No. The platform runs in the browser, on desktop, tablet and phone.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, on a dedicated server we host in an OVH data centre, backed up daily to a remote site. Google and Microsoft address books are read at import time and never stored. At the end of the season, recipients' personal data is purged.
What happens if we exceed our quota?
Sendings stop, never an overage billed without your knowledge. You follow usage on your dashboard and move up to the next plan whenever you wish.
Do the emails actually arrive?
We monitor the reputation of IP addresses and domains to optimise the delivery rate of the greeting cards.
Can we use our own visuals?
Yes. You adapt our templates to your colours, images and videos, in every language. We can even create a specific template that meets your needs, which you can reuse over several seasons.
How are our subsidiaries handled?
Each entity has its cards, its sender and its administrators, with no limit on their number. An entity can be reserved for a few employees.
