Frequently asked questions
Do our employees need to create an account?
No. They sign in with their work address, by a link sent by email, by Google or by the company's SSO.
Who creates the cards?
Your administrators, from our templates, with your visuals and texts. Your agency or communications team keeps the graphic design; we integrate it.
Where is the data hosted?
In France, with French providers. Contacts imported by employees are not kept beyond the sending.
How long until we are up and running?
A platform goes live in half a day; most of our clients open theirs in November for sendings in December and January.
