The price depends on the number of cards sent between 1 November and 31 March. Every plan includes all the platform's features, except the options listed below. The volume is that of the season, across all entities and all employees. Above 100,000 cards, on quotation. The number of card templates, users, entities and simultaneous connections is unlimited. Invoiced when the platform goes live, VAT not included.
Everything an employee finds on the platform to send their greetings, whichever plan you choose.
No limit on the number of employees or simultaneous connections; nobody creates accounts, everyone signs in with their email address.
Password-free sign-in with a link sent to the address the employee provides, or with Google. Optional access code protection.
A profile photo, name, time zone, default entity: the greetings go out in their name.
Nine languages French, English, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese and Romanian: the interface in their language; subject, message and visuals specific to each language.
Ready-made cards prepared by the company, as an image or a video, on one of the templates provided.
A personalised message the company suggests a subject and a message, the employee keeps them or writes their own; each recipient's first and last name are inserted automatically.
Recipients in bulk copy and paste, CSV file, Google or Microsoft 365 contacts.
Sending or scheduling right away, or on the chosen day and time; editable or cancellable until it goes out.
Tracking sends, opens and recipients' replies, forwarded to the employee by email.
Built-in help AI assistant in the chat, immediate answer; handover to Evercard support within the day if needed; downloadable user guide.
