Frequently asked questions
Where is the data hosted?
In France, on a dedicated server in an OVH datacenter, with daily backups. Address books are never stored and personal data is purged at the end of the season.
Do you accept Chorus Pro?
Yes. One price per season, with no commitment, invoiced when the platform opens, with the invoice filed on Chorus Pro.
Do we need a public tender?
The price of a season, from €990 to €3,990 excl. VAT, stays well below the €40,000 excl. VAT threshold under which a purchase can be made without prior advertising or competition. A quote and a purchase order are usually enough; we provide the documents your procurement department asks for.
How is access controlled?
Sign-in with the work email address, a season access code, allowed email domains, and connection to your directory (SSO) as an option. No account to create for staff.
Can each department have its own card?
Yes: unlimited entities, each with its cards, sender and administrators. Staff choose their department when sending; the authority keeps an overview.
